Warehouse Construction

We build a 2,000sqm datacentre for MTN in Guinea West Africa. All the specialist material had to be shipped from South Africa. Planning the logistics were very important as we shipped 7 large containers over. We successfully handed the project over in just 8 months.

Data Centres

We have completed numerous data centre infrastructures which range from new constructed data centres to revamped storage units converted to data centres. Each and every IT room is built to industry specifications catering for the thermal and fire proof requirements. We also specialize in optic fibre trenching routes. Using all the right equipment, bedding and filling material all our sleeve routes are of the highest quality, making sure your cable will be safe. Building entries are done neatly and secure. After completion the reinstatement of the terrain are done to, as it was found before trenching. Generator slab construction are constructed with the necessary bund walls, sump inlets and fuel tank enclosures making sure all fire requirements are met. Refuelling accessibility as well as spilling dangers is taken into consideration prior to commencing construction. Access routes for cabling are calculated and incorporated into the building phases.

Civil Construction

The development and improvement of a 3 Ha plot in Gauteng. JJA were appointed as the civil contractor to oversee all of the reticulation requirements, water, sewer, electrical, telkom, cctv as well as the road construction.
